OTHERWORLD:Â Programme Terms & Policies
1. About these terms
These terms govern your participation in OTHERWORLD, a group business mentorship programme run by Heenali under the Sacred Weaver brand. By enrolling and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them. Please read them fully before joining, and reach out with any questions before you enrol — we're glad to help you decide whether OTHERWORLD is the right space for you.
2. The nature of OTHERWORLD
OTHERWORLD is a living container. It grows, sharpens, and evolves across the time you are in it. You are joining an evolving body of work, not a fixed syllabus — refinement and development are part of what the programme is, and part of what you are choosing when you enrol.
OTHERWORLD is also an active container. Recordings, materials, and community access are resources; the work happens through participation — showing up, being seen, and taking action. This space is designed for people ready to be in it. If you are looking for a passive library of materials to consume alone, OTHERWORLD is not the right fit, and we'd rather tell you that honestly before you join.
3. What's included
Your enrolment includes, at a minimum, for the duration of your term:
- Live group coaching — a minimum of 4 calls per month.
- Access to the OTHERWORLD course portal and curriculum.
- Access to the OTHERWORLD community space.
Inclusions are described as minimums and categories rather than fixed specific events. Specific sessions, themes, guest teachings, and seasonal programming may vary, be substituted, or evolve over your term, provided the overall value described here is maintained, and core deliverable of weekly live group coaching calls are maintained. (See Section 10 on evolution.)
4. Participation & support
"Support" means that the coaching, community, materials, and calls described above are made available to you. Accessing that support — attending calls, engaging in the community, submitting your work where invited — is your responsibility as a participant.
Support is availability, not a guaranteed outcome, and non-participation does not constitute non-delivery. Access to live coaching and community is provided throughout your term whether or not you choose to attend or engage.
5. Results & no guarantee
OTHERWORLD provides mentorship, teaching, and support for you to reach your highest cash month in business. It does not guarantee any specific financial or business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own action, circumstances, and market conditions. Any examples of results — yours, ours, or other members' — are illustrations, not guarantees.
6. Payment terms
- Enrolment options. OTHERWORLD may be offered as a committed full-programme fee or via an instalment plan, as set out at the point of purchase.
- The fee is for the full programme. Whether you pay in full or by instalment, you are enrolling in — and committing to — the full programme term. An instalment plan is a schedule for paying the full programme fee over time; it is not a rolling or cancel-at-will subscription.
- Committed & discounted enrolments. Where you enrol at a discounted or bundled rate (for example, where bonuses are offered), or commit to a full-programme fee, that discount or bundle is offered in consideration of your commitment to the full term, and such enrolments are treated as a final sale (see Section 7).
- Instalment plans. Where you pay by instalment, payments are collected automatically on the agreed schedule. The full programme fee remains owed, and you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments, except in the specific circumstances set out in Section 11 (Exit & withdrawal). Â
- Bonuses and bundled inclusions (for example, additional programmes included as part of an enrolment offer) form part of the package you purchase and may themselves evolve or be substituted with inclusions of comparable value, consistent with Sections 3 and 10.
7. Failed & late payments
When you enrol on an instalment plan, you commit to the payments for your term. If a scheduled payment fails, the following process applies:
- Day 1 — Notification. You'll receive an email that your payment didn't go through. You have five (5) working days to resolve it.
- Day 4 — Final reminder. If unresolved, we'll send a final reminder noting that access will be paused in 24 hours — including live calls, community, and course materials.
- Day 5 — Access paused. Access is paused until payment is completed.
- Day 6 onward — Late admin fee. A late-payment admin fee of £25 applies.
- Repeated failed payments. If payments fail three (3) or more times, we'll contact you directly to understand what's happening and whether the programme remains the right fit.
- Unresolved by Day 15. If no payment or contact has been made by Day 15, access will be revoked and the outstanding balance for your committed term remains due.
- Future enrolment. Where a payment plan cannot be maintained and you exit, future enrolment may be offered on pay-in-full terms only, and any outstanding balance must be cleared first.
We reserve the right to pursue recovery of unpaid balances. This policy exists to keep the container stable and fair for everyone in it.
8. Refund policy
OTHERWORLD is a digital and live service delivered progressively over your term. Once you have accessed any digital resources — including curriculum, recordings, audio transmissions, or any other digital materials — your enrolment is non-refundable, and payments made for months already delivered or accessed are not refunded.
By enrolling and requesting immediate access, you agree that provision of the programme begins immediately, and you acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a service that matches its description and is carried out with reasonable care.
9. Your first days — orientation window
Joining an evolving, active container is a big step, and the first days can feel like a lot to take in. To support you in settling in with clarity:
- For the first 14 days after your enrolment, you are warmly encouraged to explore the space, read the orientation materials, and bring any questions to us before drawing conclusions about how the programme is structured.
- This orientation window is a period for questions and clarity, not a refund period. After this window, your enrolment continues on the normal terms set out in these policies, including the refund policy in Section 8.
10. Evolution & change
Because OTHERWORLD is a living container (Section 2), ordinary refinement, development, and substitution of specific sessions or themes are part of normal delivery and do not entitle you to a refund or exit, provided the overall value described in Section 3 is maintained.
In the event of a material change to the structure or core delivery of the programme, the following applies:
- You will be given clear notice of the change.
- You will be offered a choice — to continue into the changed programme, or to exit under the terms set out in Section 11 — to be made by a stated date in that notice.
- If you do not respond by the stated date, you will be treated as having accepted the change and chosen to continue.
A material change means a change that removes or fundamentally alters a core element of the programme — for example, a significant reduction in the frequency of live group coaching calls, the removal of the core curriculum, or a fundamental change to the nature of the coaching or community offered. A material change does not include ordinary refinement, development, or substitution of specific sessions, themes, guest teachings, or seasonal or bonus programming, where the overall value described in Section 3 is maintained.
11. Exit & withdrawal
You may notify us in writing at any time that you wish to withdraw from OTHERWORLD. What applies then depends on the circumstances:
- Withdrawal following a material change (Section 10). Where you exit because you have declined a material change within the stated election window, future instalments cease from your exit date and no further payments are owed. Payments already made, for months delivered or accessed, are not refunded.
- Voluntary withdrawal for other reasons — committed / prepaid enrolments. These are a final sale; fees paid are not refunded on voluntary withdrawal.
- Voluntary withdrawal for other reasons — instalment plans. Because an instalment plan is a commitment to the full programme fee (Section 6), the remaining balance of your committed term remains payable if you choose to withdraw for reasons other than a material change. Withdrawing does not cancel the fee owed.
- Materials. Access to the OTHERWORLD container — including live support, the community space, the course portal, and all programme materials — is a benefit of active enrolment. On withdrawal, your access to all of the above ends. Any continued access to materials after withdrawal is not standard, and is granted only at our sole discretion in individual cases.
- Process. Our team will confirm your exit date, revoke your access, and remove you from the community space and mailing list.
Â
12. Extensions & pauses for extenuating circumstances
Life sometimes brings genuine hardship. If extenuating circumstances — such as serious illness, hospitalisation, bereavement, or comparable events — affect your ability to participate, you may request an extension or pause of your access.
- Extensions are granted at our discretion, on written request, and we may ask for reasonable supporting information.
- An extension may pause your access to live support, the curriculum, and programme materials for up to a maximum of three (3) months, after which your access resumes for the remainder of your term.
- An extension pauses the delivery of the programme; it does not cancel or reduce the programme fee. Any outstanding balance remains payable, and payment arrangements during a pause will be agreed with you on a case-by-case basis.
- Extensions are intended for genuine extenuating circumstances and are not a substitute for withdrawal or a means of pausing payment obligations outside those circumstances.
Â
13. Community, confidentiality & conduct
- Confidentiality. What is shared by members within the OTHERWORLD community is held in confidence and should not be shared outside the space.
- Conduct. Members are asked to engage with respect and care. Communication takes place through the designated programme channels; personal direct messages are not a support channel and may not receive a response.
- Our communications. Heenali writes and publishes openly about her work, her methodology, and the qualities of the people she is best suited to serve. Such content speaks to ideas and archetypes and is not directed at any individual member. Enrolling does not restrict this ongoing creative and educational expression.
14. Intellectual property
All OTHERWORLD materials — curriculum, recordings, frameworks, and the OTHERWORLD Codex™ and its components — are the intellectual property of Sacred Weaver and are provided for your personal use within the programme. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates affecting current members will be notified, consistent with Section 8.
