Refund Policy for Sacred Weaver
All programmes are non-refundable from the moment you receive access to any digital resources, including curriculums, replays, audio transmissions or any other digital asset.
As such, all purchases are final. Please make your decision to invest in any Sacred Weaver container from a place of empowerment and financial sovereignty.

Failed Payment Policy for Sacred Weaver
Sacred Weaver holds a clear, firm policy around failed and late payments.
When you step inside any offering, you enter into an agreement — one that honors your artistry, our time, and the mutual reciprocity that fuels this work.
Should a payment fail, the following process will be enacted:
Day 1 — Email Notification
You’ll receive an email informing you that your payment did not go through. You will have five (5) working days to resolve the issue.
Day 4 — Final Reminder
If the payment remains unresolved, a final email will be sent: access to the Sacred Weaver container will be paused in 24 hours. This includes live calls, community spaces, and course materials.
Day 5 — Access Temporarily Revoked
Access will be paused until the payment is completed.
Day 6 and Onwards — Late Admin Fee
A 3% admin fee will be added per day starting from Day 6. This reflects the energetic and logistical costs of late payments. Late fees accrue for up to 10 days, after which they are capped.
🔒 Repeat Failed Payments
If failed payments occur three (3) times or more, you will receive a direct email to understand what’s happening and whether the programme is still aligned.
If payments cannot be maintained and you need to exit a programme, you will not be eligible for payment plans within Sacred Weaver in the future. This ensures trust, stability, and fairness across our ecosystem.
❌ Unresolved Payments
If no payment or communication has been made by Day 15, your access will be permanently revoked, and the full balance (including any accrued late fees) will remain due.
If you wish to rejoin any Sacred Weaver programme in the future, the outstanding balance must be paid in full, and pay-in-full terms only will apply going forward.
We reserve the right to pursue collections if the balance remains unpaid.
This policy is in place to honor this work and the energetic agreements that uphold it.
